RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are happy to offer refunds as long as the item is returned in the condition it was sent in with all tags still attached.We will offer a full refund, only if the item purchased is returned in the condition you received your order in. Your orders are processed by myself (the company owner) to ensure that there is no mix-up in your items with other orders. Returns will only be
accepted 30 days after the delivery date your order was received.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Please contact us on our email at ... or instagram @LUXE_ATHLEISURE to alert us of your return, once received we will make note of your return and provide an address for it to be sent back to us at, please note that we do not cover returns and that all returns are at the customers expense, unless due to fault of our own.
All orders can be returned to us via any courier of your choice, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us so we highly reccomend getting a tracking numebr where possible.
THEN WHAT?
once recieved, we check your return to ensure that it is in the original condition that it was sent in, and that all tags are still attached. After passing all of our checks, a full refund / exchange can then be processed.
